Hello Jason, thank you for interviewing me on the caffiene topic. The information you provided was outstanding as usual. I am going to take your advise and change my morning coffee into a morning cup of tea. I started drinking coffee regularly this year, it is a social thing at Lanyon. I would like to stop drinking it all together and the facts you provided about how it affects my body are motivating me to actually do something about it. You mentioned that it affects memory...can you find out in what way? Does it increase our loss of memory or does it enhance it? I am looking forward to your reply....Thanks again for your posting....I enjoyed reading it!
